Gabe, Gaza, Dave and Steve are really good, they engage really well with C and he seems to be responding well to them, which is lovely to see.  They always make us feel comfortable on Sunday outings and they are always willing to participate in anything we throw at them, which usually with me means a lot of walking around.  They are a great team, and that’s a testament to your excellent management skills. Thank you from both of us.

I would like to say thank you to my manager Rashida for her support during my probation also, for giving me extra boost in confidence and for being so supportive.

Autism/Learning disabilities/Mental health Training – I liked how this training provided a comprehensive understanding of the intersection between autism, learning disabilities, and mental health, offering practical strategies with sign languages.

First Aid Training – I love the engaging and practical nature of the training. Ashleigh made us think through the entire outline and demonstrated every part of the training.

We just wanted to put on record the amazing progress our daughter A continues to make with Saracen Care. She is enjoying a wide range of activities, and her confidence and trust in those supporting her is clear to see and is a significant factor in A making remarkable strides! We as a family, as a direct result of this great progress, are able to enjoy family activities together during visits that previously were not possible. The leadership and partnership working shown by Deb and Emily is a huge factor in this success and the team are a credit to Saracen. It’s all too easy to take such positives for granted and we as parents feel it appropriate to take a few moments to provide such feedback. Many thanks for everyone’s hard work and commitment.

I am truly honoured to be recognised as a Summer Stars Award winner. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that my work is appreciated by my colleague/s and by Saracen Care. I am grateful for the support and encouragement I have received from the team, and this recognition motivates me to continue striving for excellence in all that I do.

Need to thank Jade at Saracen Care, for being the most helpful and prompt Support Provider I’ve worked with, regarding the provision of documents we required prior to a tenancy agreement commencing for our tenants. Within 2 hours of requesting, I had them. This made my job so much easier, and helped facilitate a quicker turnaround for the tenants.

Epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam Training – Ashley was very thorough through the training and very patient when we asked questions or wanted more information.

Medication Administration Training – I thought that the training was delivered with an interesting approach which aided the absorption of, and simplified the information provided. There were topics learnt that were new to me. It is always great when you learn new things.
