Support Workers - Swindon and Gloucestershire

Rated OUTSTANDING with the CQC, Saracen Care requires motivated Care and Support workers to enable us to be the provider of choice for people with a range of conditions, such as: Learning Disability, Autism, and Acquired Brain Injury.

Our Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Care & Support Worker. However, if you have not got this, please do not hesitate in applying, as a full training and development programme will be given if you are choosing care as a new career path.

Our Care and Support staff are the most important people in our Team, where communication is at the heart of our operations. A staff team that is listen to, included, developed and valued if fundamental to what we do.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Provide general support as part of a caring team

Assist with domestic duties & household management (may include assistance with cleaning, cooking, washing, payment of bills)

Administer medication

Provide support with personal care

Be able to motivate and encourage people through positive engagement and interaction
